Brooke Moncrieff brings over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in Health Program/Project Management, Member/Patient Advocacy, HIPAA compliance, and Systems Development Life Cycle (both Waterfall and Agile) on large, cross-functional technical and business implementations. Her expertise includes process reengineering, organizational transformation and change management.  She is highly skilled in introducing agility, operational standards and best practices while adhering to regulatory and compliance objectives.  In addition, she has implemented significant new vendor engagements and managed large teams of technical resources for internal, customer and vendor organizations.  She has worked with a variety of organizations, including state and municipal government, home health agencies, and health plans.
